The Group strengthens its position in the storage market in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Vélizy, 27 January 2009 – The DISTRILOGIE Group, a distributor of Enterprise IT solutions in Europe, has announced the acquisition of the Belgian company Numitor, a storage distributor.
With this acquisition, the DISTRILOGIE Group is continuing its drive for development through external growth. Numitor is the 7th acquisition since 2004, reinforcing its position in the fast growing storage market, one of Distrilogie’s core activities.
Numitor is the NetApp Distributor in BeLux, experiencing successful development since it has been started in December 2007. Its turnover in the region for 2008 was about 7 millions Euros .
